ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Sourcing & Vendor Management (SVM) sources external goods and services for Credit Suisse by applying best practices while mitigating key commercial, contractual and reputational risks to the Bank.

As a valued partner, we strive to work collaboratively with internal business partners and key vendors to deliver increasingly high-quality and efficient sourcing services through: commercial-valued and risk-mitigated sourcing, analytical insights and market expertise, driving vendor innovation, and supporting select third-party agreements during the fulfilment phase.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join SVM's Third Party Management Office (TPMO) team to serve as the Contract Management/Contract Risk Management Analyst within the TPMO function.

Overview

The mainstay of the Contract Management/Contract Risk Management (CM/CRM) function is the on-going interaction and interface with each of our business units. This role has responsibility to ensure that:

- each of our very high to high and medium risk ranked contracts is managed as prescribed from control and regulatory perspectives,

- any residual delivery risks are appropriately escalated, and

- any governance issues that appear to be chronic are appropriately remediated so as to prevent such onlgoing escalation.

We are seeking a team of CM/CRM Analysts to act as the front line in our review and assessment of the efficacy of the management of such high risk agreements by our lines of business.

The key responsibilities CM/CRM Analyst function for TPMO are follows:

- Direct review of the completeness of the line of business adherence to the CS policies and procedures related to TPRM

- Serve as an initial review and checkpoint of basic contract management risk compliance with the line of business as well as the first line of analysis and synthesis of the same

- Engage directly with the line of business, on an as required basis, to ensure compliance with all required assessments elements per the CS policy and procedures

- Monitor third party contractual delivery and adherence to the agreement terms; in cases of exceptions follow-up with the line of business

- Directly track and monitor the assessment and the relative accuracy and completeness of the line of business management of the third party landscape across disciplines such as:

OCD (obligation/commitment/deliverable) tracking,

Service Performance,

Commercial Compliance,

Regulatory/Policy adherence,

Issue/Problem Management,

Contract Change Control, and

General Governance

- Review and validate the archiving of evidence from both third party and CS; assist CS business partners with the creation or questions regarding the same, as required

- Work with the line of business to highlight and escalate any gaps to resolve any deficiencies or outstanding issues

- Perform first line analysis and trending to detect patterns of service delivery (non) performance across vendors/engagements

- Identify general opportunities for process improvements to deliver increasing operational efficiency in the TPMO process and policy as well as to enhance profitability/reduce value leakage

We are looking for an experienced professional to join SVM's Third Party Management Office (TPMO) team to serve as the CoE Team lead for the Contract Management/Contract Risk Management discipline within the TPMO function.

Overview

The mainstay of the CM/CRM function is the on-going interaction and interface with each of our business units. This role has responsibility to ensure that:

- each of our very high to highly and medium risk ranked contracts is managed as prescribed from control and regulatory perspectives,

We are seeking an individual to oversee our Center of Excellence Operations based team that will do a significant portion of the front line assessment of the efficacy of the management of such high risk agreements by our lines of business.

The key responsibilities as COE lead for the CM/CRM function for TPMO are follows:

- Manage a team of analysts (estimated to be approximately 10), who are charged with managing compliance with CS policies and procedures related to TPRM

- Serve as an initial escalation point for questions or queries from the team prior to escalation to the business unit liaison

- Engage directly with internal business partners (IBPs), on an as required basis, to ensure compliance with all required assessments elements per the CS policy and procedures

- Monitor third party contractual delivery and adherence to the agreement terms

- Oversee and manage the tracking and assessment of the relative accuracy and completeness of the IBP management of the third party landscape across disciplines such as:

OCD (obligation/commitment/deliverable) tracking

Service Performance

Commercial Compliance

Regulatory/Policy adherence

Issue/Problem Management

Contract Change Control

General Governance

- Oversee and manage the archiving evidence from both third party and CS; assist CS IBPs with the creation or questions regarding the same, as required

- Working with the IBPs, highlight and escalate any gaps to resolve any deficiencies or outstanding issues

- Oversee contract performance of analysis to detect patterns of service delivery performance across vendors/engagements

- Identify general opportunities for process improvements to deliver increasing operational efficiency in the TPMO process and policy as well as to enhance profitability/reduce value leakage

- Support TPMO Program initiatives

- Support internal education and best practices sharing with colleagues

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a team of experience professionals to join SVM's Third Party Management Office (TPMO) team as TPMO Tool Analyst for the support of the Hiperos TPRM tool.

Overview

The key under-pining to the CS TPMO is the TPRM tool - Hiperos. The tool is the central hub in the management of our 4 key disciplines (Vendor Risk Management, Contract Risk Management, Vendor Management and Contract Management) and we are seeking individuals to help operate, maintain and enhance the tool. The work will include ensuring that updates and modifications to the underlying questionnaires and scoring are kept current with CS business needs and the regulations as well as fielding questions from the lines of business.

The key responsibilities of the TPMO Tool Analyst are follows:

- Maintain the currency of the underlying tool and questionnaire logic as against CS business needs and regulatory framework on an on-going basis

- Work directly with IBP and the TPMO Office team to define issues and information needs and translate into implementable technical enhancements/modifications to the tool

- Update and maintenance to standard data set elements as well as assist with the maintenance and update of the standard report templates

- Maintain and create updates to existing reporting and technology framework to reduce risk and enhance efficiency; assist with ad hoc reporting as necessary

- Employ and configure the analytics features to compile and synthesize data to enable the making of grounded recommendations to assess and protect against risk exposure

- Assist with the integration of add-on features (e.g. news feeds) and associated data fields

- Ensure uploads/links/notifications and related data sets are maintained and kept current (e.g. notification emails)

- Assist the administration and provisioning of stratified user rights

- Efficiently and accurately ensure data gathering against established metrics

- Establish process and controls to ensure data accuracy and tool integrity
