- Managing the whole Sales Life Cycle from lead generation to showcasing the property to closing the sale.
- Actively participating in brainstorming sessions with the company's promoters & senior leadership team to conceptualize new marketing strategies & effective closures.
- Spearheading association with influential groups & associations. Introducing fresh channel networks to the company.
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, Building & strengthening relationships with Key Accounts, opinion leaders, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Developing & scaling business in the Domestic & International markets.
Experience required :
- 8-18 years of experience in sale of luxury projects, new project launches, development of broker network and HNI deals
- Individual active selling and Coordinating with the brokers and team for selling high-end luxury projects.
- Monitoring and guiding team continuously on the performance parameters
- To assist the Marketing team in planning of various marketing and sales strategies.
- Understanding of real estate market's demand & supply phenomenon.
- Preparation of cash flows to evaluate probable returns on investment from probable properties.
- Business Development in the form of identifying investment worthy land deals for the organization.
