VP/AVP - Debt Restructuring

Looking for a VP/ Head for a MNC Captive in Hyderabad for Stress asset, debt restructuring.

- Ability to analyze complex corporate financial statements as well as personal net worth statements

- Ability to negotiate loan terms both directly with borrowers and to work with large loan bank groups

- Ability to work with outside legal counsel in litigation matters and loan and credit agreement amendments

- Ability to interface professionally and support third party vendors
