Roles:
a) The foremost responsibility of the Solution Leader is to provide solutions to the pre sales team (for both the new clients and the existing clients)
b) Will also be responsible for managing the end to end pre sales activities like responding to the RFP's, the
RFI's, the RFQ's in the Banking and the Capital Market Domain
Requirements:
a) Minimum 15 years of experience in a BPO set up , with good exposure in solutioning, pre sales,bid management, RFP's and RFI's form a Banking or Capital Market domain.
b) Excellent communication and go get attitude.
