Detailed Job Description :

- Plan and implement the overall analytics and business intelligence strategy

- Define the Analytics roadmap for the organization - starting from day-to-day operational MIS to gaining operational and consumer insights

- Lead the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand the company's operations and customer acquisition, retention & engagement

- Work with business owners to identify information needs and develop reporting; primary partners include the management team, finance & accounting, marketing and operations

- Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics

- Partner with the Technology teams to deliver a stable and highly available reporting platform

- Hire, train, and supervise Analytics team and ensure that team meets the reporting and analytical needs of the business users

- Drive a data driven decision making culture within the organization

Skills Needed:

- A thought leader in the BI space

- 6-8 years of overall experience in the Analytics space - in a product vendor organization or a Consulting organization

- B. Tech. from IIT (Mumbai, Chennai, Kanpur, Delhi, Kharagpur) or PGDM from IIM

- A start-up experience will be preferred

- Good knowledge of various BI solutions in the market is a plus.
