VP - Analytics - Data & Digital

- Bachelor’s degree and work experience in quantitative disciplines (e.g. engineering, math, statistics, etc.) that is augmented by practical experience in advanced analytics and modeling

- Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or other quantitative discipline

- 12+ years of professional experience in analytics-related roles

- Proven experience in building the analytics capability from the ground up including the people, tools and processes

- Familiarity with consumer-facing Internet products and the product development lifecycle

- Strong knowledge of marketing, media, social, web site analysis, audience targeting tools and vendors, including both quantitative tracking and research methodologies

- Solid understanding on design of experiments and control group setup process. Experience with homegrown data collection; AB testing solutions and/or third-party click-stream; AB testing tools

- A deep and broad understanding of core and emerging analytics methods and approaches and how they can be deployed to drive value within a digital business

- Demonstrated ability to apply cutting edge statistical techniques to business problems and to leverage external thinking (from academia and/or other industries)
