Job Description

- Candidate must have thorough knowledge of Laws related to Land especially agricultural lands.

- Excellent Knowledge of Land Document like 7/12, 8A, & Form 6

- Knowledge of Registration process , Process of Land Transfer document.

- Excellent drafting skills of Notices, Correspondences, Written Statements, Applications, Affidavit, and Legal Document, Plaints, Appeals.

- Obtaining Title search report.

- Filing and Maintaining the Real Estate Purchase original documents.

- Fluency in Language: Hindi, English & Marathi (Knowledge of Marathi Language is must) .

- Computer Skills : Ms Word, Excel & Internet.

- Understanding level of domain knowledge must be professionally high.

- Ability to work both individually and as a part of a team.

- Knowledge of filing and maintaining the documents.

- Thorough Knowledge of Civil, Revenue, Litigations and the Revenue Takrar cases.

- Conversant with Agricultural Lands in Maharashtra including Class II, Inam, Navinshart, Tenancy Lands.

- Sound Experience in Land Acquisition.

- Command over Maharashtra Land revenue Code, Bombay Tenancy & Agricultural Lands Act and other land laws in Maharashtra.

- Experience of Drafting Land Transfer Documents.
