Designation : Vice President/ Associate Director, Investment Banking

Job Description :

The candidate is expected to play a key role in execution and origination of Investment Banking transactions. He will be responsible for execution in Media & Entertainment (M&E) sectors and should be able to independently execute transactions and attain closures.

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team for execution and responsible for end-to end execution of deals

- Manage the relationship with the clients

- Lead investor discussions / negotiations

- Responsible for thought leadership in the sector and pitching to clients for deal origination

- Liaisoning with Bank Relationship Managers and cover Client Relations in the relevant sectors

- Performance will be measured on deals originated and executed and fee generation

Requirements :

- 6-8 years of work experience in Investment Banking preferably in Media or TMT sectors

- Expert in financial modelling and valuations

- Experience of handling and leading the M&A / PE mandates

- MBA from top business school / CA with an excellent academic track-record
