VP - Activity Based Costing

Responsibilities will include:

- Build and manage a team of 10-12 financial analysts that will provide support for financial analytics and model development across multiple business segments and functions.

- Analyze a business' expense baseline and assist in developing the project approach

- Participate in development of costing approaches for baseline costs

- Perform analysis on the costing reports to develop senior management presentations

- Partner with the ABC Global team to identify revenue enhancement and business improvement opportunities based on model results

- Develop communications around future enhancements and potential uses of ABC data in business decision making or extensions of cost analyses

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven track record with 8+ years of relevant work experience and demonstrated career progression / increase in responsibilities

- Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to deliver analyses in a concise and logical manner

- Strong MS Excel knowledge and proficiency in MS Access

- Superior organizational abilities and project management skills, and a strong team player

- Business analysis experience; knowledge of managerial accounting principles will be a plus

- Understanding of Activity Based Costing (ABC) principles, methodologies, practices and applications will be a plus (but is not required)

- Experience with business intelligence reporting tools preferred

Minimum Educational Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA in Finance from a top tier B-school preferred

Minimum Prior Work Experience Requirements

- 10 + plus years
