Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret enterprise customer data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive customer retention and revenue growth.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions and strategies.

- Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making.

- Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability for analysis.

- Apply statistical techniques and advanced analytics methods to uncover hidden insights for identifying customer churn risks and provide actionable recommendations to optimize customer retention strategies.

- Conduct regular reviews of solution performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on data-driven insights.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer retention and analytics to drive innovation within the solution delivery process.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics or B2B technology consulting roles.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or MBA in a relevant field.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply analytical thinking and translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Proficiency in data analysis, manipulation, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, and MS Office and Advanced Excel.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate complex data insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) or relevant analytics tools are a plus.

- Experience in the customer retention or subscription-based industry would be highly advantageous.

This position is based out of Hyderabad. Work Timings are 2 PM - 11 PM.
