Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyze, quantify, and visualize enterprise customer data to derive meaningful insights and compellingly present them, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with client subject matter experts, including analytics resources, customer retention specialists, Marketing, Contact Center QA, and Project Managers, to deliver measurable results for key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business success.

- Create analytics projects and oversee end-to-end solution implementation by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful delivery aligned with client or business requirements.

- Coordinate with technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, data setup, and relevant activities, to ensure seamless integration and data availability for successful solution implementation.

- Continuously enhance the VOZIQ AI product by developing standardized reports, dashboards, visualizations, methodologies, and building new features or functions to enrich the product offerings.

- Mentor and guide team members, providing support and expertise to foster their professional growth and ensure successful project outcomes.

- Conduct regular reviews of solution performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on data-driven insights.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer retention and analytics to drive innovation within the solution delivery process.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in analytics or B2B technology consulting roles.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or MBA in a relevant field.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply analytical thinking to address business challenges and drive actionable insights.

- Experience in the customer retention or subscription-based industry would be highly advantageous.

- Experience in team management, leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.

- Experience in implementing analytics solutions and managing client relationships.

- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and statistical tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, MS Office).

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.

- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) or relevant analytics tools are a plus.
