Voylla.com - Senior Manager - Logistics

Voylla is a leading brand in India in online Fashion Jewellery space. We are now looking at increasing our presence and customer reach by establishing offline presence with an aggressive plan of opening exclusive brand stores.

With our omni-channel strategy, the role would include managing the complete logistics operations of the company - timely eCommerce deliveries from multiple warehouses to customers, supply of goods to offline stores and reverse logistics.

The selected candidate would report to the COO of the company. The candidate would need to be high energy passionate individual with high customer orientation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive efficiency and optimize costs in complete delivery operations and introducing new delivery channels

Managing eCommerce logistics:

- Timely eCommerce deliveries from multiple warehouses

- Reverse logistics

- Controlling returns due to courier failures

Manage Offline logistics:

- Timely deliveries to offline stores

- Reverse logistics from offline stores to mother warehouse

- Managing deliveries of raw material to manufacturing facility

Logistics Partner Relationship Management:

- Manage relationship with logistics partners

- Continuous evaluation of performance of the logistics partners

- Negotiation of commercial terms with logistics partners

- Reconciliation of deliveries and returns with logistics partners

Manpower Planning:

- Setting up KRAs of the team

- Continuous skill enhancement of team members

Qualification / Job Requirements:

- 6 - 10 years of experience in managing logistics operations - preferably for an ecommerce Company

- Strong leadership skills, decision making skills and analytical skills

- Hands-on approach

- Sound knowledge of Excel

- Customer satisfaction driven approach

- High Integrity and ethical standards
