Role - Site Merchandiser

- Will ensure that accurate, comprehensive information is present for all the products that we list.

- He or she will monitor emails, home page, category pages, and pages across the site, compile and analyze traffic and other web metrics and measure performance.

- The ideal candidate will be innovative and internally motivated and have strong interest in and some experience with online merchandising.

Responsibilities include :

- Coordinating and managing resources to ensure timely & correct product uploads & pricing.

- Responsible for the quality of the catalogue and the resulting customer experience;

- Tracking and analyzing customer needs based on customer behaviors including searching, browsing and purchasing, identifying problems and opportunities and responding accordingly.

- Synthesize and analyze relevant content metrics

- The Site Merchandiser must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically.

He/She must have :

- Strong communication skills,experience in coordinating teams

- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize

- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment

- Proficient in Excel

- 2+ years of experience
