VoxPop is an online start-up for licensed apparel merchandise and we are looking for someone who can head our Customer Service team
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of customer service executives and maintaining singular focus on ensuring and improving customer satisfaction, by identifying broader customer impacting issues and implementing solutions to drive quality and productivity
- Effectively diagnose and solve day- to- day customer concerns and issues through various support channels such emails, calls, etc
- Ensuring all relevant communication, records and data are updated and recorded
- Applying the delight philosophy and following the communication standards
- Independently build relationship with cross functional teams to improve performance and deliver excellent customer experience
- You are the heart of our reputation, and ensure feedback flows to all teams in order to improve and innovate our services
Requirements:
- Preferably 3-7 years of work experience in a customer interaction role
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to perform in stressful situations
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to operations, and implement strategies, processes and technologies to maximize productivity and efficiency and minimize cost
- Should get well with the team with positive attitude of startup culture
- Be sincere, flexible, hardworking, multi-tasking with excellent people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
Ability to structure and create processes, and execute the same.
