Job description :

- Generate revenue by successfully initiating contact with potential customers, leveraging relationships, formulating and implementing his/her personal sales strategy.

- Generate IT Staffing sales leads and place IT professionals.

- Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.

- Develop relationships and grow them into clients.

- Consistently provide innovative and creative selling solutions to potential customers (Fortune 500 and Start- ups).

- Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of targeted opportunities on a continual basis.

- Manage assigned accounts by building strong relationships with customers, gaining a thorough understanding of their requirements and long term goals, informing customers of new developments with the service and solutions, and resolution of problems.

- Leverage his/her existing relations with clients to generate new business

- Work in USA Timings to call in customers for staffing needs - mostly calling the sourcing managers of customers

- 10 Learn customer requirements and identify appropriate available resource from the pool to customer. Initial resume screening and skill matching skill is the most critical aspect of this job"

- Ideal traits/expertise: IT Staffing and Recruiting for USA Based sourcing companies

Desired technical skills (must have) :

- Must have IT Staffing Selling experience in a hunter sales capacity with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition, account management and placement

- Prior experience in selling IT Staffing Services

- Possess superior client facing skills; strong ability to understand customer problem and needs and relate the same with solutions

- Prior experience in business evaluations, as well as gathering/analyzing corporate and market information

- Strong closing skills coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client business terms

- Good understanding of IT Staffing and Sourcing industry

- Ability to work independently and travel is must
