Role & Responsibilities: Role - Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition - The role will be holding responsibility to collaborate with different teams for their hiring requirements - Benchmark high caliber talents across the industries against open and future positions. - Use different sourcing mix to close positions within approved timelines - Develop and maintain good rapport with all the stakeholders - internal and external - Identify and work through the Gaps in hiring practices - Support the manager in building high potential talent pool - Build and manage candidate database - Engage with candidates at different stages of hiring and proactive status update to relevant stake holders - Employer branding through positive candidate experience and other innovative approaches Education and Experience: - BE/B.Tech. - 2- 5 years of experience in building/scaling high talent pool for Tech (iOT) /product company - Start-up environment preferred Attributes: - Ability to work in a stretched environment and match the pace of high growth start-up - Ability to work through ambiguous environment and put smaller systems to cut the clutter - Strong sense of ownership and collaboration - Good communication and excellent follow through and reporting skills - Individual contributor with ability to priorities and be execution focused
