Role &amp; Responsibilities: - The role will be holding responsibility to work on man power plan and hiring requirements for a particular city. - Must take up the responsibility to drive mass recruitment and close the requirements within the specified timeline - Must have understanding of different sourcing mix for all contractual staffing requirements - Must owe the responsibility of managing leave/attendance/payment inputs for all the contractual staffs - Develop and maintain good rapport with all the stakeholders - internal and external - Identify and work through the Gaps in hiring practices - Build and manage candidate database - The role requires the incumbent to handle all the related statute and handle disciplinary issues. Education and Experience: - 1 - 5 years of experience in mass/contractual hiring building and managing Fleet Executives - Must be know how to read and write local language - Must be experienced in handling various statutory regulations Attributes: - Ability to work in a stretched environment and match the pace of high growth start-up - Ability to work through ambiguous environment and put smaller systems to cut the clutter - Strong sense of ownership and collaboration - Good communication and excellent follow through and reporting skills - Individual contributor with ability to priorities and be execution focused
