Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for CLM Process and Campaign management.

- Responsible for driving circles for implementation of CLM guidelines, integration with the campaign management tools with focus on customer first approach and driving process automation for better delivery and customer experience.

Key Result Areas:

- CLM Process Standardization for Data at a national level

- CLM Campaign Effectiveness

- Improvement on Key KBIs for the business - Revenue, RpMB, Usage and operating variables like high validity pack penetration etc.

- Cost to serve on campaigns and ROI
