- End to end management of business from the MT chains
- Evolve and implement account management plans and promotion calendars with category teams of the MT chains
- Achievement of sales and revenue targets of all Vodafone's products from the designated modern trade chains -
- Products sold - Postpaid Voice / Prepaid / Dongle Prepaid and Postpaid / Tablets Prepaid and Postpaid / Mobile Internet Packs / Blackberry Prepaid and Postpaid.
- Manage key relationships with regional / locals buyers and category teams at the MT chains
- In-store excellence for category leadership
- Coordination with the MT distributor for all backend related issues
- Coordination with Marcom teams and product management teams at Vodafone for devising various promotions and merchandising activities
L1-RM1 :
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Experience with Modern Trade
- Leadership & people management skills
- 4-5 years of relevant experience of sales
