Key Purpose of the Job

This position is responsible for the acquisition of prepaid gross additions. This is achieved by product design, development & launch keeping competition, market dynamics etc in continuous focus.

Key Resulltt Areas

Achieve prepaid Gross Addition target

- Products launches within TAT as and as per SOX process

- Prepare & acquisition related MIS’s

- Real time competition MIS & tracking, updating field with strategic inputs on countering the same

- Regular Market visits

Key Functions & Responsibilities

Strategic

- Assist prepaid product manager in designing annual acquisition plan

Operational

Design & Devellop productts as per markett needs

- Understand market requirement through market visits

- Design & develop products based on market dynamics i.e. keeping in mind competition & countering competition offers if need be

- Creating fresh segments to expand the category/product penetration

Product launch,market communication

- Alignment of back-end for development of product

- Product launch within TAT (Turn Around Time)

- Market communication/Briefing to all frontline (sales & call centre etc) of the product offering

- Query resolution to the entire front line team

- Ensuring there is sufficient above the line & below the line communication during national launches/segmented offers/Regular Acquisition Offers etc to create awareness & increase saleability of our product offerings

- Sox processes adherence

Analysis & Monthly reviews

- Frequent analysis of (FR, UB Etc) to check daily health of the business

- Analysis of special/segmented products to keep track/monitor health & performance after launch

- Monthly reviews

Online Competition MIS tracking & updating field with inputs on countering the same

- Continuously tracking competition offers & giving inputs to the field as to how to still maintain a selling story

- Launching counter offers if need be Developmental

- To attend training programs on IN features / technology

- Workshops on trends on mobile industry
