Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Responsible for developing the marketing strategy to increase acquisitions and acquisition revenue in Postpaid/Prepaid through higher acquisition, better quality, higher value and higher retention.
Analyse the market and be in close touch with ground market realities to understand evolving trends in consumer behaviour so as to identify new opportunities/ channels for creating programs that will increase customer acquisition.
Closely coordinate and interact with circles to drive the acquisition business and create products / offerings to facilitate high value and good quality acquisitions.
Ensure timely roll out of the identified programs/processes at circles.
Monitor & course correct programs rolled out as and when required
