Job Description:
This National role focuses on prepaid revenue enhancement and will deliver Voice and SMS Budgets through product & portfolio designs
- Designing, analyzing & implementing customer retention strategy & activities.
- Managing base growth and applying design and delivery models to manage high value, medium value and low value customer segments
- Competition tracking and devising counter strategy
- Achieve budgeted Prepaid KPI’s as discussed and agreed
- Portfolio design to enhance retention and control churn.
- Creation of new services, schemes and campaigns
- Support circle teams in retention activities through continuous monitoring and providing assistance in execution
- Maintain revenue and ARPU of various segments
- Increase RES
- Increase high value base contribution
- Reducing churn across segments
- Drive CVM Models’ execution and model efficiency management
- Create standardized operating procedures in churn management
- Product / campaign design and financial evaluation
- Creation of guidance policies on campaign indices and offers
- Tracking & review of circle performance on key business indicators such as base trending, value erosion, upgrades, downgrades, etc.
- Generating actions emanating from above
- External tracking: competition, regulatory, industry
- Periodic reporting and providing inputs for decision making
- Business/Sales Practices sharing
- Process Sharing
- Product Sharing
