We are looking for energetic & dynamic individuals who can handle the following responsibilities:
- Deliver the circle agreed throughput & revenues from different tie ups for enterprise Business and merchant network
- Deliver on the bulk business customer acquisition & revenue numbers
- Build deep distribution for m-pesa acceptance in in daily use outlet categories like taxi/auto/kirana/household purchases etc
- Biller tie-ups by working with aggregator partners in respective circles
- Focus on quality execution for enterprise/merchant on-boarding with an eye on the overall budget and spends - make every rupee count
- Building opportunities that make a significant business impact
- Building capability on m-pesa across the Distribution and VBS Channel by building robust systems and processes
- Working on the Govt accounts and build opportunities & scope for m pesa inclusion for disbursement and collection in schemes
- Role involves good understanding on telco and M pesa business.
- Go getter and Self driven candidate with relevant experience in managing Govt/SME accounts preferred.
- Overall 6-8 years of Telecom / Retail finance / banking experience
- Strong experience of managing new businesses right from delivery planning to realization
- Experience of working with large teams & organizations in various capacities in sales, project/program manager
- Experience of managing large, vendors & ensuring their ROIs
- Experience to manage large programs in multi-vendor and multi-product setup with stringent deadlines and quality expectations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Clear, concise business communication style with attention to details
- Experience to interact with senior business and IT executives
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with program stakeholders
- Experience in defining governance models and ensure implementations
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
