ROLE PURPOSE  To ensure preparation and submission of budgets on time in close co-ordination with other functions. Validating departmental inputs. Accurate, analytical & timely submission of management reporting / analysis to local management, regional & corporate. The position is also responsible for effective forecasts, monitoring of financials / KBI’s, decision support & business partnering.   Key Accountabilities :  Budgeting & Planning : Ensure timely preparation and submission of budgets as per budget cycles in close co-ordination with other departments.  Management Reporting : Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and analysis to circle, regional and corporate teams.  Performance monitoring: Provide timely and accurate reports / analysis on profitability, growth, competition and other KBI’s etc to management   Business Partnering & Decision support: Work with other departments as a business partner and help them take decisions that are favorable to the overall financial performance of the circle / organization  Special Projects / Assignments: Undertaking the projects & assignments to armor management with the best analysis  Adhoc Analysis / Reports: To provide management with the timely reports / analysis for the informed decision making   TYPICAL OUTPUTS  - Hyperion submission including non financials  - Business Reports and Analysis to regional & corporate   - Monthly performance presentations to Region, Corporate and local management  - Daily performance report and sms to circle management and regional team  - Continuous tracking of KBI’s on daily / weekly & monthly basis etc  PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS:  CA / MBA (Finance) with relevant experience  Analytical, communication and presentation   FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:  - Good analytical & communication skills  - Business knowledge  - Team player  - Number crunching
