m - paisa Branch Lead will be responsible for creating and fulfilling demand for m - paisa at the branch. The person will be responsible for managing the development of channel, eco systems, merchant networks and manpower pool. One of the key functions shall be to support the branch prepaid team in customer acquisition, agent expansion and merchant roll out. Other key responsibilities of this function will be to mobilize alternate channel (non - telecom) and to build synergy between the 2 channel streams for revenue growth. This position will work closely with BM.

Following points capture the key responsibilities of the individual

- Develop & own branch business plan to drive subscriber penetration, revenue growth and brand leadership in the branch

- Drive implementation of agreed business plan in sales, marketing and eco system development to meet biz goals for branch

- Develop the team of promoters and Alt PSR to make it best in class through strong formal and informal training and guidance

- Develop a strong and efficient distribution mix to ensure market penetration, quality of service & compliance with regulatory requirement

- Define parameters and plan for merchant sign ups to create an effective eco system in urban and rural markets

- Efficient execution of all channel engagement and consumer promotion programs

- Maintain visibility at each of the touch points for m - paisa across telco and alternate channel

- Joint working with branch sales team, Alt PSR and promoters for execution of agreed roadmap

- Single point of contact for all m - paisa development work in the branch inter phasing between BM, ZCSI, ZME and sales teams

- Optimize utilization of funds for visibility, promotions and trade engagement

- Incorporate best practices from across the zone and other businesses to improve business

- Continuous improvement in operational quality and high level of customer satisfaction

Mandatory skills

- strong experience of managing new businesses right from delivery planning to realization

- experience of working with large teams & organizations in various capacities in sales, project/program manager

- experience of managing large, vendors & ensuring their rois

- experience to manage large programs in multi - vendor and multi - product setup with stringent deadlines and quality expectations

- strong verbal and written communication skills

- clear, concise business communication style with attention to details

- experience to interact with senior business and it executives

- ability to build and maintain relationships with program stakeholders

- experience in defining governance models and ensure implementations

- strong presentation and negotiation skills
