1) Job Purpose: Job Context:- In today's competitive market end to end SCM plays a vital role in storing &amp; dispatch of material for both Capex &amp; Opex material with smooth Warehouse operations &amp; controlled logistics movement. Keep a close control on non-moving &amp; slow moving inventory is one major factor for JIT (Just In Time) Inventory. Major Challenges:- - To deliver material to distributors at very remote locations.&nbsp; - To manage warehouse operations in a very limited space.&nbsp; - To manage non- moving inventory&nbsp; - Scrapping off on non-usable material&nbsp; - To take deployment plans from users for slow/ non-moving inventory &amp; liquidating SRN material. 2) Key Result Areas/Accountabilities and Supporting Actions: Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : - To enhance warehouse operations efficiency by space reduction for space optimization in warehouse. Supporting Actions : - To maintain Just-In Time Inventory. - To increase the storage space through space optimization in warehouse - Maintain minimum stock levels in opex warehouse. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : - To ensure control of Site Return Material note inventory Supporting Actions : - To take deployment plan from user dept for fresh inventory and SRN inventory. - To scrap the unutilized material after taking concern from all stakeholders. - To reduce the non-moving inventory by timely identification of items to be scrapped off and which can be transferred to other circle. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : - Achieve on time delivery for all secondary logistics through transport and courier: for all items in NW, Sales and Marketing Supporting Actions: - Continuous follow up of dispatches through courier agencies/ transporter - Effective monitoring thru tele calling for ontime delivery to happen. - Full-fledged supports during network rollout and ensuring timely dispatch of the same. - Timely delivery of SIM cards, RCV, and marketing material to respective distributors. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : - Ensure inventory Control for Capex Items for material planning for future Supporting Actions : - To coordinate with N/w &amp; opex vertical for material planning. - To circulate daily MIS so as to focus on reducing inventory value. - Maintaining various reports and timely submission of the same to the respective stakeholders.
