Vodafone Idea - Taxation Professional

Vodafone Idea is looking for Taxation professionals. Below is the JD:

- Ensure all tax compliances within due dates

- TDS advisory within circle and ensuring TDS payments and returns are filed by SSC on time

- Compiling data for tax assessments and transfer pricing documentation and assessments

- Assistance in tax audits (Form 3CD)

- Ensuring that quarterly provision for tax, deferred tax etc are accurately made

- Ensuring advance tax compliances on quarterly basis

- Ensuring filing of appeals within statutory timelines by tax consultants

- Routine correspondence with tax office including compiling details for information required by tax department on ongoing basis

- Ensure all tax compliances within due dates

- Ensuring accurate and timely filling of monthly GST returns and payments

- Assistance in GST audits

- Preparing periodical reconciliations between

- Ensuring filing of appeals within statutory timelines by tax consultants and keeping control of litigations of the Company

- Routine correspondence with tax office including compiling details for information required by tax department on ongoing basis.

- Collate relevant details for Litigation matters in coordination with tax consultants

- Ongoing coordination with SSC for passing of all tax related entries

- Reconciliation of all tax GL Code balances

- Compiling information needed for compliance for Internal and Statutory Audits

- Monthly circulation of Tax status for all tax matters both direct and indirect tax covering tax/judicial authorities at all levels.

- Preparing Balance Sheet Schedules for tax GLs on a monthly basis to keep a track of GL balances

- Maintenance and retrieval of documents/letters/certificates etc.on an ongoing basis for all tax matters both direct and indirect
