Job Purpose To develop, manage and execute Digital PR and Internal Communication initiatives, programmes and campaigns
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute campaigns and collaterals required for Digital PR & Internal Communications
- Develop and run multiple campaign management programs.
- Ensure consistency and coherence in messaging and alignment with agreed core narratives for the organisation and functions
- Closely align with key functions - HR and CXX for culture building and employee engagement for internal comms.
- Collaborate & coordinate with vendor partners to ensure collaterals produced as per Vodafone Idea style of business writing and conform to brand guidelines
- Quality check of all content and collaterals prior to publishing and/or circulation
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience - Solution oriented approach - Right brain thinking with left brain execution
- Ability to understand & develop briefs plus brief agencies for generating desired output
- Good grip of English language - both written & spoken
- Analytical and project management skills to track and monitor progress
- Relationship oriented - ability to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Awareness of business processes and technology advancements
- Ownership of Digital PR and Internal Communication campaigns and their successful execution
- Managing stakeholder expectations
- Success in key message delivery
Must have technical / professional qualifications - Postgraduate - preferably in marketing/PR, journalism/Advertising
- Familiarity/Experience of working in communications domain and across mediums - advertising/PR/ Direct Marketing, Digital
- Experience of working in a large corporate with national presence
