You will be required to deploye best practices in HR, create robust HR processes, maintain HR systems and execution of smooth processes, partnering with all functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:-
Organisation Building & Associate/Emp Experience:
- Initiate and drive engagement activities to increase associate/employee engagement
Partnership with third party agencies & governance:
- Governance and regular monitoring of manpower agencies for managing associate lifecycle through national Associate Management philosophy
- Implementation of policies and benefits like insurance, reimbursement limits etc through agency
- Drive annual appraisal and increment process through agency and circle spocs
A good fit for the role would require a candidate with:
- Knowledge on statutory compliance
- Flair in employee engagement activities
- Understanding of the Rewards portfolio
