Role: Managing credit and projects Function / Department : Finance - C&amp;C Location: Mumbai Job Purpose : This position is responsible for managing Credit and fraud risk with a view to minimize bad debts and enhancing revenue for Mobility (Retail &amp; Enterprise), Fixed Line Voice &amp; Data (Multiple Products.). It is also responsible for end to end implementation of key projects. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :&nbsp; - It is responsible for managing best in class on-boarding experience across circles for enhancing customer experience.&nbsp; - The role is responsible to ensure assignment of appropriate risk category so as to assign appropriate credit limit to balance between risk and revenue. The position needs to ensure that the on-boarding related processes are customer centric and all key KPI's are met by engaging with circles. - Responsible for managing credit monitoring activities for all circles through centralized operations - End to End tracking and timely delivery of all Key projects Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience - Credit risk management for Consumer and Enterprise&nbsp; - In depth process / system knowledge / experience - Sound analytical and strategic thinking - Sound managerial skills - Capability to influence cross functionally Must have technical / professional qualifications - Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with min 8-10 years experience preferably in telecom / banking industry Years of Experience : 8-10 yrs
