Role title: Manager, IoT Propositions and Industry GTMs Location : Mumbai, India Role purpose : - To design and scale IoT industry propositions and go to market borrowing instances from Vodafone Automotive and Group creating a differentiated positioning in the market for Vodafone Idea Key accountabilities and decision ownership : Build Propositions : Create industry and segment specific IoT propositions delivering highest differentiation and profitability Go To Market : - Launch and execute proposition based GTMs cutting across sectors and customer segments Build and execute the acceleration strategy for IoT especially the GTM strategy for sectors and customer segments - Ongoing budget governance the segments and circles using customer &amp; campaign analytics - Enablement Frameworks : Design an IoT specific Sales Methodology including Consultative practices - Practices from other markets : Replicate best practices from other developed IoT markets and adopt Vodafone Automotive offerings to customise and extend in India market - Differentiated Positioning : Position Vodafone Idea as a leading IoT player through customised commercially viable offerings with differentiated CXX Build an IoT specific commercial and sales enablement framework including sales methodologies &amp; consultative practices Core competencies, knowledge and experience : - Knowledge of IoT Industry dynamics and ability to build sales enabling capabilities - 5+ years of B2B experience of which few years in products/technology solutions is preferred - Stakeholder management skills Must have technical/professional qualifications : Budget owned : IoT revenue and margin targets for India Key performance indicators : 1. Improvements during the year measured through incremental addressable market and differentiated offers 2. Speed to market of relevant proposition launches and its success in terms of revenue 3. Sales productivity and discipline
