Role Profile : Role title : IoT Aggregator Team Function : Vodafone Business Services : IoT Line of Business Designation : Manager Department: IoT Reports to : Aggregator Lead&nbsp; Location : Region Specific (Delhi &amp; Mumbai) Role purpose : The role purpose is to lead the Sales &amp; Business Development of a specific region for IoT Aggregators and increase Vodafone Idea's market share in the aggregator space while improving overall customer satisfaction scores. Key accountabilities and decision ownership : - Create and execute wholesale IOT strategy for the region in line with overall IoT aggregator strategy along with the segment sales teams - Create a demand generation and robust funnel generation to support agreed revenue goals in the aggregator space. - Conduct Digital transformation workshops and C-Suite advisory on IoT to all aggregators &amp; Partners. - Engage with the C-Suite to seamlessly deliver the revenue extraction strategy. Maintain a C- Level relationship with strategic aggregators. - Build account level ring-fencing strategy for key and large accounts including increased penetration of the IoT technology stack - On-board new set of large &amp; strategic aggregators which can augment and accelerate revenue numbers for the region. Core competencies, knowledge and experience : - C-Level customer/ partner relationship management with sales experience &amp; extensive experience in areas of aggregator and partnerships. - Must possess knowledge of IoT technologies and related market ecosystem and economics - Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams spanning across Sales, Pre-sales and Service. - 10 + Years of B2B experience along with solution selling background - Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills. - Agile, quick thinking, team player capable of working in an ambiguous environment. Must have technical / professional qualifications : - Post Graduate in Management (MBA), preferably with engineering background Key performance indicators : - Achievement of revenue from Aggregators &amp; Partnerships as per DB for the entire region. - No. of new aggregators and new partners on-boarded for the region.
