Role: Go To Market Planning Job Level/Designation: Manager Function / Department : Digital Content Video App / Marketing Location: Corporate Job Purpose : - Digital Content Video App GTM - Drive Video app acquisition with quality users through paid & unpaid channels - Identify and recruit new acquisition channels and optimize existing channels - Effectively communicate and coordinate with partner - Coordinate with internal & external teams to ensure continuous campaign activities Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : - Plan & execute GTM strategy for Digital Video app Acquisition & awareness - Drive Video app installs & registrations through effective use of Paid promotional channels & internal channels - Paid channels - Google, FB, affiliates & others - Unpaid channels - Telco channels, Sim based Flash message, Referral Program - Plan, Maintain & grow existing channels & enable new ones - For paid channels, track & optimize costs (installs / registrations / app events) - Drive installs through Sim based Flash message, design Referral programs - Sync with Field teams - Sales, Retailers for joint selling across circles - Track, achieve, publish KPIs (source-wise) & take actions as per performance - Handle communication used in promotions of all channels (generic & specific) - Design and execute Contests to drive Installs through assisted channels - Coordinate with internal teams & external teams to make channels live, refresh content creatives & campaign communication on existing properties, approvals. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience : - Dynamic professionals with deep marketing insights, Paid Digital promotional channels and Internal Telco channels - Ability to bring in new & strong partnerships - Strong networking skills, effective negotiations - Understanding of Agency, Digital promotion process, Basic telco channels - Strategic and Analytical thinking, deep problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to manage multiple stake holders and multiple geography teams Must have technical/professional qualifications : - MBA from tier 1 institute specialized in Marketing - Hands on experience on tools like - Appsflyer, Google Analytics, SQL, Adobe, BI Years of Experience : - 4-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Go to Market roles
