Location : Mumbai Job Purpose : - To identify, implement and monitor best practices across for ICSL and Associate staffing; leading to an engaged workforce Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : - Monitor recruitment as per the Manpower (ICSL &amp; off-roll) plan for the Circle to ensure smooth and timely filling of manpower - Ensure smooth implementation of HR Process for ICSL and temporary manpower to achieve employee satisfaction - Coordinate with facilities team for statutory audits/returns and compliances - Manage Talent Management processes at circle level as per corporate guidelines - Prepare, monitoring manpower plan and productivity initiatives to ensure optimal utilization of manpower staffing and resulting costs Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience : - Communication and Decision making - Problem Solving - Excellence in execution - Stakeholder Management - Liaison with external agencies. - Must have technical / professional qualifications - MBA/PGDM with minimum 4 years of experience - Prior experience of handling statutory compliance.
