Job Purpose
To grow business for Vodafone Idea in the area of IoT to ensure disproportionate market share and an industry icon status. The Regional Sales head will be responsible to ensure Revenue growth in line with agreed DB and LRP in specific geographies.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Responsible for in-year revenue for Industrial IOT across India
- Work closely with the internal sales leaders and provide them with operational sales governance and strategic guidance.
- 1SF Pipeline governance and Sales projections and absolute growth in funnel
- Regular circle, segment reviews to keep a track of DB achievements.
- Set up tools for following the progress of activities and opportunities.
- Closely interact with sales, solutions, and operations teams to ensure revenue enhancement and CXX.
- Sales and operations efficiency
- Identify market trends, Study market needs and launch key propositions to drive the market opportunities and be responsible for the revenues from the propositions launched. Evaluate market potential
- Feed market inputs to internal stakeholders to align emerging market strategies to capture more business.
- Be the voice of customer to improve Vodafone's delivery capability on IOT and stepping in where processes dont exist

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- C-Level customer relationship management with sales & business development experience
- High-level communication and Stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and Conflict resolution
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Experience in launching and driving GTMs and propositions
- B2B technology sales experience
- Leadership skills to manage diverse team (direct or indirect) and ability to liaison with internal and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies
- Agile, quick thinker with ability to work in an ambiguous scenario
- Excellent communication skills with Strategic thinking & business planning
- 12+ Years of B2B experience along with solution selling
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Graduate in Management (MBA)
- Background or flair for technology if other graduate from other stream
