Role : National Training Systems & Support Lead

Job Purpose :

- This role will be responsible to manage all Training Applications and the technical suite for PAN India training operations. The role will be responsible to project manage, and identify areas for improvement and build learning plans to realize those improvements. S(he) will design engaging learning paths and build deep institutional knowledge of core skills, thinking critically about innovative ways to elevate the abilities of 40k+ users, spread across different lines of business(es). Will administer and manage record-keeping, reporting, learning and troubleshooting, and class coordination effectively and systematically.

The role will also contribute to building progressive and innovative technology solutions to aid and enable frontline to manage a transformative learning experience via digital medium

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :

- Frontline learning Experience Management

- Project manage and lead all training systems to effectively manage the frontline training lifecycle on all training systems and applications

- Lead, Manage and Implement the full learning stack - LMS, KMS, DT & VDE across National Customer Service channels,

- Lead Learning System(s) adoption by last mile education

- Participate, Collaborate and conceptualize new functionalities, SLA, governance policies on training technology stack

Serving as a point of escalation for all system issues, administrative aspects, and important processes of the (LMS,KMS,VDE,DT), including managing user groups, user permissions and notifications, and configuration

- Learning Support to all frontline with exceptional learner experience

- Training innovation and projects for learning agility - Digital solutions

- Sustenance and continuous improvement via Compliance & Audits

- Benchmarking on Training technology and insights

- Stakeholder(s)/ Partner(s) / Vendor / IT Engagement

- Liaise with the technology providers/integrators and internal IT team for development/ procurement, maintenance

and support to maximize timely and accurate output, alongside cost optimization

- Handle Demand Management for enhances/upgrades

- Team Leadership and management

- Own and Lead a team with varied and deep expertise and experience in Learning System Management

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience :

- Graduate/ Post Graduate with 12+ years of work exp and min 8-10 years in training operations

- Min 4-5 years- experience in Managing LMS, KMS system administration mandatory, including course deployment, user support, system and analytical reporting, content management, and technical documentation

- Leadership skills to influence a diverse and remote groups of people such as CFT, circles, vendors and frontline

- Strong Communication and Influencing skills

- Ability to maneuver and understand system architectures and apply logics to build work flows

- Experience in working on Training systems/ tools / methodologies

- Basic knowledge of database connectivity (SQL/MS Access)

- Engage & Present ideas/thoughts and have influencing skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

- Experience in the technology domain, managing large enterprise applications/tools.

- Preferred- experience on hands on coding, experience with tools such as MS Office, working on LMS packages, SCORM standards

- Any Training certification

- Working on Demands and System CR- s

- Experience of having worked on new age training /learning channels such as mobile learning, gaming, social media, e learning etc.
