- To develop and lead the framework for national R&R, governance of R&R Programs

- To manage CoE activities for VIL subsidiaries, eg, VISSL

- To partner in design & implementation of annual pay review cycle, promotion cycle etc.

- To develop and drive Rewards Capability Building initiatives for Cluster Rewards SPOCs
