Function : Marketing Job Purpose : Responsible for creating, maintaining and driving the sale of devices through an online device marketplace run by VIL. Will be responsible for planning, designing, developing and launching programs that will enable customers to buy devices thru various device financing and online platforms. Key accountabilities and decision ownership : - Design, develop and manage the Online Device Marketplace to sell a range of 4G smartphones and accessories on finance or full payment. - Work with various device OEMs, finance partners, and Online platform vendor to develop attractive propositions that will help increase the share of 4G device sale on our online platform - Conceptualize and design affordability programs including device financing that would lower entry barriers to device purchase and increase the share of 4G devices on our network - Leverage our retail presence and execute device shop-in-shop programs that will help monetize retail space Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications : - Work with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Understanding of telecom and device business including evolving technologies and systems. - Ability to drive and influence circles to ensure the performance of various initiatives. - Product and project management. - Communication skills, customer centricity, and analytical capability.
