Role : Sales Capability Manager
Job Level/ Designation : Band: M-3
Function / Department : Sales & Distribution
Job Purpose :
- End to end sales training and sales capability building among the sales work force which includes all TSEs, TSMs ans ASMs and extending same support to Distributor work force as well.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :
- Monthly basis SIP payroll file. Identify gaps and correct. Ensure SIP Governance meetings are held every month and target setting gaps are highlighted and corrected.
- As per the target upload data available from the mPower reports on the portal (Live from June)
- All programs made live on mPower to be run only basis mPower data as per the target upload data available from the mPower reports on the portal (Live for all programs)
- Number of trainings conducted physically and virtually. % of certification done on national modules | % of certification done on local modules
- Monthly performance coaching calendar for each ZST, ASM and SCM in the beginning of the month and plan vs actual at the end of the month. Plan, Track, Monitor & Report progress of all interventions
- Evaluation of ZST and Self basis performance coaching effectiveness on SIP improvement of TSE & TSM. Number of virtual coaching session on VISA G Meet and % of sessions conducted through VISA G Meet. mPower performance coaching governance template and the report on mPower
- Project roll out support for all key Integration and transformation projects Eg Project Integrate, Scheme Studio, Brand X, App unification, SMART Assist, UPI Based secondary
- Take new (not renaming an existing program) digital initiatives that enable the frontline and gets replicated nationally through the central S&D team
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience :
- Relevant senior-level assignment in Sales & Distribution background.
- Leadership skill, people management skill, driving the team with ample zeal and motivation
- Must have technical/professional qualifications
- MBA (Full time preferred).
