Job Purpose :
To drive CVM Planning for defined product type to drive overall consumer business revenue, revenue market share through subscriber base retention and revenue enhancement initiatives. Role is responsible to plan for driving drive deeper customer engagement on product and services through consumer insights, analytics based approach and favorably impact NPS.
KRA :
Strategic
- Formulate CVM plan for a product /channel type to achieve the objectives of delivering key CVM objectives of driving revenue and controlling churn.
- Develop Business plan for a defined product type and Impacts for key CVM objectives.
- Plan for Digital First approach to drive digital engagement.
- Plan and drive for the Lines/Sub objective to enhance consumer engagement viz MAUs / DAUs/App Installs
