Job Purpose
The role entails Conceptualizing, Developing, Implementing and Governing programs that promote diversity within the company. The role also entails developing and rolling out initiatives/learning interventions to create and foster an open and inclusive environment.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Driving the D&I agenda across the organization in partnership with HRBPs & Functional Leaders
- Partnering with HRBPs and COEs to create a collaborative and supportive work environment for recruitment, engagement and retention of women colleagues
- Designing and driving initiatives (communication campaigns, line manager capability etc.) that help build the required culture/ecosystem within the organization for diversity & inclusion to thrive
- Benchmarking, research and analyse on various diversity and inclusion topics, Creating an effective governance on the D&I agenda through diversity dashboards (diversity metrics & reporting)
- Tracking, reporting and supporting in POSH related investigations
- Draw synergies with Talent and L&D COE to build women talent pipeline through focused development interventions for women talent
- Conducting dipstick surveys to measure the impact of the initiatives rolled out and identify course corrections
- Analytics related to gender diversity for insights and targeted interventions
- Partner with communications to regularly communicate internal and external diversity and inclusion initiatives, events and progress.
- Tracking and publishing the D&I journey, reinforcing its reach across businesses and external platforms
- Budgeting and monitoring the costs around D&I initiatives
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of project management and ability to drive programs that support the organization's workforce diversity, inclusiveness, and retention opportunities.
The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy. In addition to an ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, he/she must be a team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
