Job Purpose : Accountable for L&D, Talent Management and Employee Engagement initiatives - National rollouts and cluster level initiatives KRA : - Drive Training need assessment, design and roll out cluster specific/ National capability building initiatives as per need. Leverage E learning and drive penetration and utilization. - Execute the national Talent Management agenda and drive TM initiatives at cluster in close partnership with the HRBP Ops and CLT. - Drive new joinee experience in the cluster through design and execution of Cluster specific/ National onboarding and induction practices - Enable DAC based talent pipeline creation and internal career opportunities. - Design and execute local engagement initiatives and execute National Employee engagement initiatives - People Survey - Analyze the VPS report and cascade the same to stakeholders. Drive the Functional/ Cluster action plan through prioritization. - Design and partner CLT in delivering actions to build a preferred place to work Core Competency ; - Relevant prior experience in L&D and Employee Engagement is preferred. - Ability to analyze data and draw insights
