Role Description :
- Responsible for managing a robust compensation and benefit structure, policies and processes for Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh employees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accountable for Reward harmonization and end to end payroll processing for circle employees
- Provide C&B Analytics to provide insights to business and leadership and assist them in decision making
- Reward & Recognition Review, manage and implement the Reward & Recognition programs
- Strengthen the Compensation and benefit awareness by conducting C&B education sessions
- Responsible for HR policy communication to reach intended group of audience.
- Benefits - Review, design, implement and communicate benefits program and activities.
- Monitor utilization/penetration of benefits and incentives and design employee initiatives for the same
