Vodafone Idea - Circle Government Business Lead

- Setup & stabilize Government Business Segment within VIBS by setting out strategies to grow market share and enhance competitive positioning.

- Develop & Plan overall go-to-market approach for segment in order to tap direct & indirect opportunities.

- Identify, Collaborate to Create & stabilize Infrastructure and Processes customized for the segment

- Build people capability and skill set required meet the Segments unique challenges/ requirements.

- Extensive engagement within Circle to gain mindshare for the segment and systematic relationship building with the Customer C level/ decision making machinery.

- Responsible for P&L of Govt Business, driven through the Segment Team
