Job Purpose : - Digital Content GTM for Music, News-Mags & New Products. - Drive Music app trials and other products through paid & unpaid channels - Identify and recruit new acquisition channels and optimize existing channels - Effectively communicate and coordinate with partners - Liase with internal & external teams to ensure continuous campaign activities Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : 1. Plan & execute GTM strategy to increase app Acquisition & awareness 2. Paid Channels : a. Drive Music app trials & registrations through effective use of paid promotional channels & internal channels. Also applicable for News-Mags & new products. b. Paid channels - Google, FB, affiliates & others. For paid channels, track & optimize costs (installs / registrations / app events) 3. Unpaid channels : a. Telco channels, Sim based Flash message, Referral Program b. Plan, Maintain & grow existing channels & enable new ones c. Drive installs through Sim based Flash message, design Referral programs d. Sync with Field teams - Sales, Retailers for joint selling across circles 4. Monitoring : Track, achieve, publish KPIs (source-wise) & take actions as per performance 5. Communication : a. Handle communication used in promotions of all channels (generic & specific) b. Design and execute Contests to drive Installs through assisted channels c. Coordinate with internal teams & external teams to make channels live, refresh content creatives & campaign communication on existing properties, approvals.
