Responsibilities:
- Responsible to engage, enable and drive Consumer mobility channels viz. Direct Sales (D2C) and Retail(VMS) for SME & SOHO
- GTM & Capability enhancement of Sales team.
- Instrumental in driving the behavioural changes amongst the Channel Partners to get the processes automated and simpler on the ground level.
- Driving the cross-functional integration and bonding to enhance the productivity of team.
- Building the proposition sales eco system
