Job Purpose:
Marketing Automation Lead builds and engineers best in class marketing automation platform to drive revenue centric demand generation campaigns. The platform is provided as a service to various segments and other functions (CVM) and this role orchestrates through a well-defined ruleset and performance measurement metrics. The role is also responsible for building the martech stack for enterprise to ensure a performance driven approach to digital campaigns
The responsibilities include:
- Benchmark b2b marketing automation capabilities and design a capability roadmap
- Build marketing automation stack with key focus on near term and long term business needs; establish Digital Marketing as a revenue channel and platforms which serve cross-functional needs (e.g. Digital Demand Gen)
- Own and enable integration of marketing automation stack with sales systems, CRM systems and Digital campaign platforms
- Design annual calendar of campaigns vs business outcomes, aligned to business priorities across products and segments and seasonal demands
- Design and execute campaigns on platforms and continuous measurement and publishing of performance.
This role has an interface with Cross functional, Central Digital team and IT/Digital

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:
- More than 6 years of marketing automation and campaign experience
- Practitioner of martech stack and automation platforms
- Coordination skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work through influence across cross-functional teams
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools and experience in programmatic marketing
- Certifications in Digital Marketing
