Role : Cluster Fiber Operations Lead

Function / Department : Technology

Location : Nagpur, Maharashtra

Job Purpose :

- Responsible for Cluster fiber network operations which carries entire mobility and enterprise traffic . it includes Own fiber as well as IRU fiber through other Operators.

Key Result:

Areas/Accountabilities :

- Accountable for fiber operations and maintenance to achieve set SLA & KPI

- Field governance for own fiber as per the contractual SLA/ KPI.

- Daily/ weekly/monthly /quarterly - review and drive with field team to achieve SLA in Cluster Core Competencies,

Knowledge, Experience :

- 7-10+ years of Telecom domain experience in field projects & operations.

- DWDM/SDH/MPLS technologies etc

- Fiber Project & Operational standard/ processes.

- Vendor management skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

Essential: Graduation - B.E. /B. tech.
