Role: Team Member- Configuration

Job Level/ Designation: M2, AGM

Function / Department: Consumer Marketing- CVM

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

Managing the Pan India configuration of products and ensuring the campaign configuration and support the GTM.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

- Responsible for Product configuration on all systems (IN, UPSS, RECC, Imagine etc.)

- Coordinating with RA, UAT & Circle marketing for smooth product roll-out

- Ensuring error free product configuration

- Designing National Campaigns & Customer Journeys

- Working closely with the Capabilities team for new product/functionality development.

- Working with external partners to introduce new features.

- Periodic system clean-up to improve system efficiencies.

- Supporting the Segments, Devices & P&S Team to schedule communication.

- Devise a communication plan.

- Business and process understanding

- Leadership and people management skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Graduate/PG

- Knowledge in Networking and Telecom Industry
