Business Partnering :

- support business in achievement of its strategic objectives through informed analysis and timely inputs.

- Monitor and support the Forecasting and Planning cycle for the circle in collaboration with all other functions and ensure it is in conjunction with overall business objectives of the circle.

- Assess performance of the circle with respect to business KPIs (Revenue, Subscribers, margins etc.) and provide critical inputs on improvement through timely analysis of business trends.

- Circle with complex business mix Postpaid, Enterprise, 3G, WiFi and large own retail footprint this role would require to formulate analytics to support business team

Accountabilities :

Business Partnering :

Achievement of DB Targets and business KPIs

- Interact with various stake holders like marketing, other commercial teams and Business Head to forecast, report and support in business decision

- Support segmented business through analytics is areas of VBS

Forecasting and Planning :

- Timely and accurate submission of Budget, Long Range Planning and monthly/weekly Forecast and Manage OFCF

- Ensure proper compliance of Budget guidance from Corporate and Region

- Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of all cost and revenue stream.

- Preparing Annual plan and LRP.

- Tracking of Budget Vs Actual and come out with reasons for the variances and suggestions for improvement

- Ensure CAPEX requirement evaluation on ROI basis

- Ensure accurate forecasting of OFCF.

- Support in defining priorities and targets for the business

- Ensure proper evaluation of BCs w.r.t. new tariff/product offering to both pre & post paid subs

- Benchmarking with other circles on various KPIs and ensuring adoption of best practices

- Monitor business KPIs trends, explain variances, suggest corrective actions

- Preparation of mid-month PnL and OFCF.

- Drive National initiatives like Project Sarvottam, Olympus, etc

People :

- Development of a responsible and productive FPNA Team

- Give opportunity to other team members in forecasting and planning process.

- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with all other functions.

KPI :

- Regular analysis / insights to enhance business performance

- Quality of budgets /forecast and governance thereon.

- Evaluation of commercial and investments proposals

Competencies

: - Cross functional collaboration /interaction skills

- Good command over Excel and Powerpoint

- Quick learner, sharp and analytical to help decision making

- Good Presentation and Communication and convincing skills
